Our founder, Darren Card started his career as a telesales manager for a double glazing firm.
During his four years with the firm, he learnt how powerful the phone could be for business development. But he also saw everything that is wrong with the traditional practice of telemarketing.
GETTING IT RIGHT
Proving that it really is better to pick up the phone and make the right connection Darren launched a medical recruitment business in 2001.
Using nothing but best practice telemarketing techniques, the business grew to be the UK’s largest medical recruitment firm by 2009.
Today, Darren heads the brilliant team of Business Development experts here at Intelligent Talk.
